March 2024 Update

We are not currently shipping orders outside of the U.S and Canada. We apologize for the inconvenience, but this is due to the increase in shipping prices and the increase in duties fees. We are looking into more cost-efficient options for our Non-U.S. customers, please stand by.

December 2022 Update

We are happy to announce we are now shipping from multiple U.S. warehouses. In our efforts to serve you better and expand our catalog, we are now shipping orders from multiple locations. This means that if you order multiple items you may receive multiple tracking numbers and shipments. Rest assured that if you select a paid shipping service (priority or above) you will only pay once. Please also note that packages will still ship same day if ordered before 12 p.m. PST but may arrive on different days. October 2022 Update

Domestic Shipping Guidelines

We ship all domestic US orders FREE! All in-stock orders with approved payment received by 12 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (3:00 PM EST) typically ship the same day from Monday-Friday excluding major holidays, but please allow 1-2 business days during peak season. You will receive an automatic email when your package ships complete with tracking number. In the event any of the items in your order are “Out of Stock,” someone from our Customer Service team will contact you with the anticipated back in stock date.

United States Postal Service (USPS) “Free Shipping” option is NOT a guaranteed class of service. While it is a dependable option, it is not the recommended shipping service level if your delivery is time sensitive. We cannot guarantee cancellations, changes to orders or address corrections once the order has been submitted. Please be sure to review your order carefully.

All transit times are estimates and NOT guaranteed.

Quoted transit times are from the date that your package has shipped and been picked up by USPS.

Business Days do NOT include holidays and weekends.

We partner with the USPS on domestic and international deliveries, which will deliver to your country's local post office in transit to the destination. Please note any applicable Customs, VAT, additional postage, or other fees associated with your package, are your responsibility and not part of our quoted prices. If you have any additional questions about additional fees, please contact the local postal service in your country for more information before purchase. Blue Steel is not responsible for any additional customs or duties levied by your local customs or tax authority.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships out you will receive a Shipping Confirmation automated email which provides you a link to USPS or other shipping carrier. Click on the link to get the most updated and accurate shipping information. Please note that it may take 24 hours after the order ships for this information to update in the tracking service.

If your package shows it delivered and you have not yet received it, please check around your delivery point, talk to your postal carrier, and check with your neighbors. If 3 days pass and you still have not received your package, please call us at 800-256-2981. Please note there is nothing we can do until those 3 days have passed.
