How long will it take to process my order?
In stock orders received by 3:00 P.M. PST/ 6:00 P.M. EST will be shipped the same day on weekdays not including national holidays. We’ll send you an email when your package ships, complete with tracking info.
Once my order ships, how long until I receive it?
Depending on your location and the level of service you selected, orders can take 1-7 days in the continental U.S. and longer for international destinations. Please see our shipping page for more details here: https://www.buybluesteel.com/pages/shipping-and-delivery
My order shows delivered when I track it but it is not here.  What do I do?
This can happen sometimes. The USPS can scan a package as delivered when it may still be on the way to you. Please wait 3 days from when you receive a delivery notification. You an also check with neighbors, look around in your usual mail delivery area or contact your postal carrier. If after 3 days you still don't have your package, please reach out to us at sales@buybluesteel.com to see what we can do.
How do I change/modify my order?
We ship fast! If you made an error on your order or would like a different size or a different item, please email us at customerservice@buybluesteel.com. If your order has not already been processed by our speedy fulfillment team we are happy to assist.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
All items, including FINAL SALE come in a beautiful ready to gift box.
What is your jewelry made of?
We specialize in Surgical Grade Stainless Steel, Titanium, and Tungsten jewelry some adorned with AAA grade cubic zirconia. Check the specific details of each piece for the metal type and more information.
Can your rings be sized?
It depends! We may do not offer sizing on any of our items.
Do you offer half sizes?
Though most of our rings are only available in full sizes, a few select rings are offered in half size options. The available sizes for each ring are listed in the drop down size menu next to the product. Do you make custom designs?
At this time we do not make any custom designs. We are however always open to your suggestions! Please feel free to call us or email us with any input you have.
Are your rings for both men and women?
Men and women alike love Blue Steel’s amazing selection of rings. While some of our rings are gender specific, many of them are unisex and make wonderful choices as commitment rings, couples rings or matching wedding bands. It's really up to you!
I don't know my ring size.  What should I do?
There are a few ways to find yours or someone elses ring size. Another way is to purchase our ring sizer which is likely the most accurate. You can buy the sizer here: https://www.buybluesteel.com/products/blue-steel-ring-sizer. If you still have questions, you can call us or email us and we'd be happy to help.
What is your warranty policy?
We offer a one year warranty on all of our jewelry for manufacturing defects. The warranty is not valid for regular everyday wear and tear. We inspect all items before shipment to ensure you are receiving a quality product. If you feel your item is defective, please reach out to our friendly customer service team along with a photo of the suspected defective item along with your order number. From that point we can assess and determine whether the item will need to be sent in for repair. Please note the warranty is a one time use per order item and cannot be used perpetually.

Does your warranty cover FINAL SALE items?
FINAL SALE items are not covered under our warranty.
What is your return policy?
We’re committed to offering the highest quality jewelry and the finest customer service. We understand that sometimes there may be a reason you would like to return your jewelry purchase and we’re happy to offer you an exchange, or refund. We give you 30 days from the date you received your item to return or exchange your purchase. All returned jewelry must be in original condition. To start a return, simply go to our easy to use returns portal. Contact us to start your return or exchange. All exchanges are complimentary and there is no charge for shipping. If you are returning your item for a refund, you will be charged a nominal return shipping fee. Reminder: Any item marked FINAL SALE is not eligible for return, exchange or warranty claims as noted on the product page.
If I need a different size what do I do?
We offer exchanges for 30 days from the date you received your item. Contact us to start your exchange. All exchanges are complimentary and there is no charge for shipping. All exchange orders ship like our regular orders, same day if processed by 3 p.m. PST excluding weekends and holidays. Once the item is received at our warehouse your new size will be shipped out and you will receive a tracking information at this time. Reminder: Any item marked FINAL SALE is not eligible for return, exchange or warranty claims as noted on the product page.
How long does it take to process my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt of your item(s). Your refund can only be processed back to the original form of payment. This process is done automatically by our system and cannot be modified.
I received a gift with purchase, do I need to return it if I am returning my order?
Your free gift is a "with purchase" gift. If you return your order and would like a full refund, you must return the free gift in order to avoid being charged for the full retail amount of the gift against your refund. If however, you select store credit or an exchange, you may keep your free gift.
