30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

 

At Blue Steel Jewelry, we’re committed to offering the highest quality jewelry and the finest customer service. If there is any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the unused item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.

 

To start your return, follow these:

 

  • Once you get your label, you have 30 days to send the item back. Returns must be made using our returns portal (click above). Any returns made outside the portal may experience long delays and an extra handling fee may be assessed. All items must be returned in their original condition. It is your responsibility to make sure the item is securely packaged to avoid any shipping damage.

  • Any shipping charges you may have incurred when purchasing your item(s) is not refundable. If your order qualified for a higher level of expedited shipping and your returned purchase brings the total original order below the free shipping threshold, the shipping cost of the original order will be deducted from any refund.

  • If you received a free item (Gift With Purchase) with a purchase that didn't work out, be sure to send it back with your return, otherwise your refund will be adjusted for the retail price of the free gift.

  • If your order contains a coupon code and/or free item as a result of a promotion, returning any portion of your order may result in the coupon code / discount, and/or free item no longer applying to your order, any any refund issued will reflect the pro-rata discount applied to the items that you are returning.

  • Blue Steel reserves the right to limit a customer's returns and/or charge a restocking fee if at our sole discretion we feel there has been abuse of our return policy by that customer.

 

Exchanges

 

    • If you don't love your jewelry, or need a different size, we will happily process an exchange at no charge to you.** You can exchange your item for a different size using our portal. If you want to purchase a different item you can select a gift card in place of a refund.

Returns

 

    • We hope you love your Blue Steel jewelry, but if you don't, no problem! We charge a fee of $5.95 for shipping & handling.*

Refunds

 

Once your item is received and inspected please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your refund. Your refund will be credited to the same form of payment used for your original purchase in the amount you paid minus any fees*.

  2. You may receive free shipping on your return for an exchange and/or store credit. In the event a full refund is opted, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.

 

* Please note that shipping costs on your order are not refundable. All items must be returned in its original Blue Steel packaging. There is a $5.95 returns fee for shipping & handling on orders being returned for a refund.

Non-Refundable Items

 

Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for a refund or exchange and are not covered under our Warranty Program.

 

Items that were worn/used or sent as a Replacement/Exchange are not refundable.

 

How to Start Your Return/Exchange Process

 

1. Enter in your order number and zip code, then click “Start a return”.

2. You will be directed to a new page, where you will be able to select to either return your item or make an exchange.

3. Choose your reason for a return/exchange.

4. A bar will appear across the bottom. Select “Continue with return”.

5. The final screen will appear and you will select “Original payment method”.

 

International Returns & Exchanges

 

For international orders returns and exchanges are at the full cost responsibility of the customer. Please contact customer service for any returns or exchanges and we will walk you through the process.
